Last Spring we hosted a tea party at Tea Fuse in Cobb County which turned out to be a success with the lovely ladies who attended. A gallery of last year’s memories can be found on this site
However, this year we would love to see how we can better serve You! To make sure our time together is rewarding and exciting for both Girls and Guys who will be in attendance from the community, we are opening our Board meeting this year to those who wish to join us at our Spring program meeting at the PTC (Peachtree City) library. At this meeting, you will be able to express what you would like to see on the program at this year’s Classic Tea Ball! Along with the art of conversation and tea, our girls thought it would be neat to have a ball with gentlemen friend escorts inside the ballroom or on the lush green lawn outside the facility (depending on the weather that day!) Now we would like to hear from some of our guys and those who will be in attendance this year!
Here’s a little background on the purpose of this event: The Guys and Gals Classic Tea Ball is an extension of our seasonal programming in the spring when we offer community youth members the delightful opportunity to develop their social, presentation and formal etiquette skills. We have invited guest speakers who will discuss topics that will encourage girls and guys to be positive contributors to society. It is our desire to have guys involved in our community efforts this year and we are positive an NFL Player appearance will also encourage our guys tremendously to engage in community service activities and gentlemen practices. There will also be presentations from our youth members who will lead discussions on topics they are passionate about in their local community. If parents would like their daughters or sons to get involved then the open board meeting is your perfect opportunity!
