For you are dearly loved! 
Have you ever heard the song “Love Lifts Us Up Where We Belong…”? I’m not entirely certain if that is the title of the song but I do remember hearing and singing that song as a child, not only because it is a powerful ballad, but because it speaks truth.
We can only truly thrive where love is,
It brings out the best in us,
Pushes us to be better,
To serve, honor and support one another.
Although we should thrive, push, serve, honor and support each other no matter what, in the absence of love it is hard. I know you know this because it is human nature.
However, it is possible. All things are possible to those who believe. I’ll write more on the matter of love & reconciliation next time as addressed in the book “Disciplines of the Spirit” by Howard Thurman
